My intuition says that there are other larger crimes that she can and likely will be charged with. That the email issue is minor, comparatively and that dropping the charge issue is like a plea bargain.

I also think she’ll end up financially ruined, that she’s politically castrated. The queen is off the board so to speak. It could also be that she is forced to stop stealing the election via elector influence in exchange for no charges on the email issue.

We have to keep remembering, Trump is a negotiator. When he negotiates a deal, it’s a good deal for both parties, and probably a better solution than the original issue was in the first place.

Top secret is whatever the president says it is and all it would take is Obama saying she had his consent to do what ever for whatever reasons. No security compromised in that case.

Furthermore, I think that what a lot of what government does is in reality...illegal and that the entire system could be charged with whatever, from the prez on down so that it becomes unreasonable to pursue charges without unintended consequences.

And finally, it’s likely that as mentioned, her health isn’t going to hold up, anyway. The issue becomes pretty much moot. No point in wasting the money and effort. The consequences of the deeds themselves become her punishment.

The old saying “the bigger they are, the harder they fall’’ is obvious and evident at this point.

If she’s able she’ll run in 2020. At that point it will be impossible to go after her.
