This is the real target. He will let everyone think he is not pursuing her on the private email server, however, that is not the same as saying the Clinton Foundation (being a totally separate entity) will not be looked at.

The email is a bunch of security violations that can be plea bargained down to community service.
The Foundation is TREASON, BRIBERY, RACKETEERING, ETC. That involves hard time for multiple people. The only question on Jan. 20 is who still has functional immunity due to the email case and who doesn’t. Then let the prosecutor go.
