Ignore the DOJ and don’t pay any fine.???
Wouldn’t it be more fun to have the County Seize property through Eminent Domain using the “KELO” decision as justification for Economic Gain, and begin Seizing Property of FEDERAL EMPLOYEES and maybe even the Feds themselves. Sell the Properties and use the profits to pay the settlement.
I see NO LEGAL REASON why this can not be Done. The USSC already said it was OK.
That would be right back at them!
