This is how the drug cartels and Islamic terrorists can infiltrate police departments (for those with “clean” backgrounds, i.e. unknown real affiliations by the police).

I once exposed a Trotskyite communist in DC who got on the staff of the Washington Star without disclosing that his party was suing the DC police over surveillance.

And he had the police beat, but not for long. Another former undercover agent and I physically id’ed him and then I wrote a story about it. The paper gave him the choice of either writing for them or for the communist paper. He chose the communist paper, The Militant, and his major writing career went down the toilet.

However, he was close to getting police operational tactics information.

Eternal vigilance is the price of peace.

Unfortunately there’s nothing left of the old extreme left that’s considered extreme by the left anymore.

It’s how a Soviet-era holdover useful idiot like Sanders can even be considered for POTUS.

Instead of harrying communists out of all offices of Trust as should be done the left, notably since McGovern, have moved them in.

So now they, defining the old far left as the new center, now call unrepentant Alinskyites “right of center”.

The lunatics are running the asylum.
