To: crusty old prospector

“Especially from El Paso to Del Rio. Too rugged. But there are few crossings there.”

Not even considering that, I’m talking about the landowners on the border. Building a wall or fence on the Texas side gives Mexico the Rio Grande. Those people who own land with the river border will never allow it and I’ll be there to support them. Those ranches are well over 100 years old.
