Weren’t government employee unions green-lighted by an executive order by Kennedy? Couldn’t they be removed the same way?You've been reading my mind again Lurkin, :-). Seriously, a precedent of Unionization has been set by Kennedy, the main Union from what I hear is SEIU. Can you see him doing this and it being fast tracked to "The Supremes?"

The really big one is AFSCME. Largest union in the country, I think.
The biggest federal employee union is AFGE.
