Okay, then make them actually filibuster, instead of the “virtual” filibuster that is in effect now.

Why don’t you list them so that I would be able to easily think of a half dozen Republicans who’d lose their primaries the next time they’re up for election.
We can stand to lose two, assuming Pence gets to cast a tie vote. And it would be nice if those two were up in 2018.
