If true, Twitter possibly violated federal election law regarding reasonable access for federal candidates.

I believe that applies only to FCC regulated entities (TV, Radio). Under the First Amendment, you cannot order a newspaper or magazine to take an ad from a candidate. I also believe that TV/radio/etc. can refuse ALL political advertising, but if they take one, they must take all,a nd at the lowest available rates. This does NOT applies to PACs.
