What I find scary is the lack of critical thinking, logic, and analytical skills demonstrated by many FReepers on this topic. We are always interested in the truth and cutting past the MSM spin and cover-up, but there is a process by which it is found, and this isn’t it. All I’ve seen is silly conspiracy theory babbling on the same level as ancient astronauts, bigfoot, and alien babies. Some people should be ashamed of the garbage they’ve posted here, not to mention defended.

Yeah... because there is no history of activity like this going on with politicians.

The FRANKLIN SCANDAL is the story of a nationwide pedophile ring that pandered children to a cabal of the rich and powerful. Do you think the photos of the banquet with the nude woman on the table and the ritual stabbing and so forth is made up? Do you think it's normal? Do you think it's ok?

I don't know how you would answer those questions, and I don't know whether any of this stuff points to a pedophile sex ring, but the photos look real and DO point to something that I would regard as an abnormal attitude towards sex.

The novelist Walker Percy believed that progressive attitudes about sexuality would eventually evolve/devolve into an acceptance of pedophilia. Since "progressivism" by nature recognizes no limits, and since it exalts unbridled sexuality and celebrates sexual "experimentation," I do not find it unlikely that progressivism should move in that direction, and this might be an instance of it.

I do not, however, want to get ahead of the facts, so I'm kind of a bystander on this particular story.
