In N.Y. one has to "live" in the district one is being voted on, for the House. Lowey t'aint leaving ! Hillary tried to take her seat, before "settling" for the Senate.....way back when.

Chuckles is NOT easily gotten rid of and the Clintons KNOW it. So scratch that too.

Gillibrand took Hillary's seat ONLY because Governor Paterson put her there, when that seat became vacant, when Hillary left. Before that, she was in the House and ONLY got there, because she ran as a "CONSERVATIVE" Dem. Once in D.C. she suddenly became a faaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaar lefty.
