On July 12, Hamilton creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda stood up at his show and welcomed Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton to his show.
This November, the difference could not be more stark, who do you think is going to get closer to those ideals? he asked, referring to the Constitution and the founding fathers. Are you going to vote for the guy who wants to build a wall, or for someone whos building bridges?
Miranda introduced Clinton as the forty-fifth president of the United States as she took the stage to address the crowd.
Why? Because it was a private fundraiser. Miranda hosted a special performance of the show exclusively for donors to Clintons presidential campaign. Tickets ranged from $2,700 to a whopping $100,000.
I have now seen it three times, first at the Public and twice here, and I cry every time, Clinton said.
Miranda tweeted a photo of himself with both Bill and Hillary Clinton urging America to include women in the sequel of the American story.

The ideals of the Founding Fathers?
Sure as he|| isn’t Hillary “Village” Clinton.
someday i’m going to care what leftist queers have to say. After i fall and hit my head over and over again. I’d say I’ll boycott Broadway shows but that would be like a rapper boycotting chess matches. So, yeah. They can go dress up like women, molest young boys and die of the aids. Wake me when they’re extinct. No, on second thought, let me sleep.
Just another clueless partisan liberal performer.
Broadway’s crew has grown more and more distant from the rest of America. This last election was just one more show of that.
Not to you op........................sick and tired of whoever this hamilton is.....get your 15 and go away.
These people have contributed absolutely zero to the benefit of the United States...
The ONLY thing they do is play like they are someone else...
Celebrities, we are so grateful for your wisdom. Is there anything you don’t know?
[I have now seen it three times, first at the Public and twice here, and I cry every time, Clinton said.]
Sure you do Hill.
Fortunately Lin-Manuel’s old mare lost the race to a stallion.
Sounds like a fake historical play
Lin-Manuel Miranda......dissing Pence and Trump.......applauding Hillary.
Does anyone else find it interesting that these reprehensible actors are part of a political movement advocating violence against the President-elect while depicting a Secretary of the Treasury who was gunned down by a Vice President?
Keep it up boys, you might not like your just desserts.
It is, from what I've heard. Puts Aaron Burr on an equal moral footing with Hamilton.

Gotta check my Constitution for mention of building bridges. Maybe it's in the part about penumbras and emanations.
Pretty sure the Founders would have found Obama's lawless rule an abomination.
Democrat-owned black slaves won’t be displayed.
Why don’t these commies have a play idolizing what they really believe in and where their socialist tendencies come from: the bloody Russian Revolution.
It seems like every 20 or so years we have to put up with some self-righteous Broadway show that gets too popular, too quick, and then becomes an obnoxious cultural staple for the left to virtue-signal off of.
Back in 1993 it was Rent.
Now it’s this thing.
Fortunately great classics like Fiddler on the Roof, The Sound of Music, and Les Misérables take their productions seriously and recognize that they are there to honor the production and they, the actors, are not the reason why people are there.
Bwhahaha!
I’ve forgotten about that!
