As the Great Prophet said to His followers:
“Let not the monkey remove a woman's headscarf for Allah sees the headscarf as a shield against monkey sexual assaults or desires”. Let not the monkey bring shame upon your tribe.
The Haddith about this section means that is it preferable that the monkey remove the scarf but only partially, that is, it is the husband's right to punish both the woman, (for letting the monkey remove her scarf) and the monkey too should be punished. He, the monkey should know better, the woman, we cannot blame for she is a vile creature, a woman.
The prophet has told us that the monkey must be issued 40 lashes with a broomstick while the woman must have her clitoris cut off and flogged for two hours in which she (and the monkey) must repent.
The Prophet explained further that if the incident occured in a neighboring tribe's town, no less than 16 male residents of the other tribe must be put to death. This seems logical to our Sages as they have said, the other tribesmen could have prevented the monkey's act by beating the women first, before they entered the village or city limits. This might have deterred the monkey.
It was incumbent upon the women to avoid the other tribe and the monkey and they should have made a major effort and being more modest in the company of monkeys. The women's behavior was shameful
Allah be praised for his great wisdom.
