That may be the plan - Kelly the Complainer is digging herself a deep hole and is on the way out I suspect. She is wallowing in airing out all sorts of dirty laundry and that's a turn-off,not only to the public but to employers, potential future employers & co-workers. I think Carlson is being groomed to eventually move on up and take her place. Wouldn't hurt my feelings any.
