Sorry Amigo, but I live down here and I am afraid you are totally misinformed or are way out guessing your points.
Even(and still is funding for) when the fence was passed, approved and funded, Texas land owners along the border went wild?? Not only the landowners, the large Cities were up in arms as well. Saying they were going to loose their natural view of the river and their parks would be condemned. CONDEMNED....
Oh and lives threatened. How about DEAD. Landowner here went in to check water trough. They caught the MS13s with his truck out of San Antonio, not before they took his life via machete. Oh the "inter-boarder' (which is 100s of miles now) would love to see the wall/fence/moat. It is getting just as bad in this part too. Drugs, killings, robberies and more drugs.
Oh and you might not have heard. Mexico/its Citizens, own land all up and down the border on the American side. Go figure.
I’m from Louisiana and have kinfolk and friends all over Texas. Even have one guy who did “civilian border patrol” along the Texas border.
Yeah, I’m sure you can find some Texans who worry about “natural views”. Every state has its share of “green weenies”.
But I suspect that the vast majority of Texans would support whatever necessary to stop the invasion.
As to any Mexicans who own property in the US and on the border, they can access it legally via border crossings with checkpoints. Or perhaps swap with some Americans who own property in Mexico.
