Even so, he cannot keep the electoral college from certifying Trump as the winner, and even if Trump does not take the electoral votes, Obama WILL CEASE TO BE President at 12PM EST on 20 January 2017.
Nobody in the military is going to follow his orders. They just might arrest Obama rather than comply.
