If memory serves*, I read a post fairly recently from either Jim or John that the board isn't set up to accomodate 'stickies'.

The most recent request about it that I recall was re the daily Trump Family thread run by nikos1121.

The FR Home Page link idea mentioned above would likely be the most workable solution, akin to the Alamo Girl threads from way back.

'Trump Cards' or something similarly catchy, with folks being reminded (often) to add those keywords, and a smallish number of FReepers sharing the upkeep duties.
