What I understand is when you take all 49 states other then California and Trump won the popular vote. Only when you add the California votes in does Hillary gain the lead. The votes in California were held back before they counted them, but they called the state for Hillary first thing after the polls closed. I wonder what it would cost to do a recount of California. I’m sure Hillary would win, it might show the numbers in the popular vote are closer then they are saying thus swinging the popular vote back to Trump.
Absolutely true. Her California margin is 3 million. Take CA out, and Trump would be more ahead of her than she is ahead of him now.
