No question - some real stuff was held back. Assange is not stupid. The real incriminating emails are what is keeping him alive.

What was the first thing we saw from Wikileaks after Assange disappeared from sight? The three precommitment messages. One was about Kerry, another about the UK. They were initially assumed to be dead man switches but their function was to put people on notice that the really damaging files were ready to be sent. Notice we never saw those files.

I read enough of those leaked emails to really question Scalia's death not being natural. Also read enough to strongly suspect we have some very evil people at high levels in our government, maybe pedophiles, certainly assassins.

Assange never released the hot emails. If he had, he'd be dead now.

Good point, I almost forgot about those.

Whether he’s holding back messages merely as life insurance, or holding them back to negotiate a deal for himself, it seems he must be holding some back, and logically they would be the most damning ones to be useful in either case.
