I was tooling around on Netflix last night and ran across the Chelsea Handler show from last week, taped after the election. Her guest was none other than Barbara Boxer herself. Though it would be fun watching liberals melting down (it was) so I watched it.
Of course the topic of the Electoral College came up, and she admitted it would take a Constitutional amendment. This means her bill is just grandstanding and will go no where. The media will push it and then hammer talking points about Trump/Republicans blocking or killing the bill, the useful idiot SJW’s will not know different and be, well... useful idiots.
Babs knows full well a bill cannot do it. She also knows what she is doing.
