Babs is going to have fun corralling 2/3 house from her abysmal minority position and even more fun convincing 3/4 US states to vote their power away to liberal California, New York and Massachusetts. This maneuver on her part is just to appease those willfully stupid that support her. She knows there is no chance in hell...kindof like repealing Obamacare with Obama at the helm, only far less likely.

It will take 2/3 vote from both House and Senate then 38 of 50 States would have OK it. She knows its not going to happen just words and nothing else. She knows her people will believe her. Question is when will they get smart enough to know she is a JOKE!
