Prelutaky says the high rating actually indicate the citizenry's relief that he's finally leaving office.
And I say those poll numbers are fake, especially what we know now about the polling going into the election, with many of the so-called "reliable" polls having Clinton up as much as 4-5-6% before the election. I say the polling on his approval is crap too.
