Anyone who is surprised at the appointment of right-wing guru Steve Bannon as the Donald Trump administration's chief strategist and counselor has been living in an alternate universe, the universe in which President-elect Trump would "pivot" into something resembling a mainline GOP conservative.
And anyone who is amazed at Trump's temerity in putting a white nationalist into the White House has gravely misunderstood the power of racism in fueling his campaign, and the desire to "turn back the clock" to a time when white men supposedly ruled supreme.
Above all, they've forgotten the cardinal rule of Trumpworld: attachment to profit and the Trump brand is a means of increasing influence and power over others. As CEO of Breitbart News, Bannon is key to that strategy, in America and beyond.

Someone like Trump comes along and when the MSM barks at him, he bites back. They're besides themselves as to what to do. They can't control him. They're usual verbal abuse just isn't working, and as a result they're hysterical and panicked. It is dawning on them they're powerless.
Bannon is a great pick for Trump, if for no other reason than those who think the Trump administration needs to reach across the aisle have just had their hopes blown up. Trump won. He doesn’t need to reach across the aisle to the Democrats, and Democrats who try to reach across will bring back a bloody stump. He is setting the proper tone right off the bat.
FYI, his wife claimed in divorce proceedings Bannon didn’t want his kids going to a particular jewish school. Bannon denies.
When Bill Crystal supported Hilary and her Israel hating buddies, a Breitbart story and headline called him a renegade Jew. This accusation was distorted by msm...and blamed on Bannon. The stories author and headline writer is David Horowitz is a jew who loves Bannon
