Mom’s an idiot; the kid is too young to have a reasoned opinion. Should they kiss and make up, or should he be thrown to the tender mercies of Social Services? Bad choices all around.
I think you’re right. Mom acted stupidly; and the child is way too young to have any knowledge of why he voted .. it was probably because his classmates also voted for Trump.
You’re also right .. putting him in foster care may not be any better solution.
