Nothing like the EPA and the likes selling the millions of rounds they amassed to make the price of ammo go back to normal. Expecting cnn lamenting that one too with women and children hit the hardest.
I think an agency by agency inventory should be taken first thing. That ammo may have not really been for the agencies but illegally laundered out of the country.
