Trump has a covenant with the voters to prosecute Clinton.
He promised to do it, and that is what assured his election.
We need to hold his feet to the fire.

The reality of the situation is hard. On the one hand, yes, Trump has spoken of prosecuting Hillary for (some of) her crimes, which we conservatives know to be "legion, for they are many. OTOH half the voters, nearly, wanted her to not only go scot free, but to have authority to control - to prevent, in reality - government efforts to see that the law be faithfully executed. Hillary has practiced on their credulity, of course - but it is far from clear that she will not get away with those crimes because the (political) cost of prosecuting her would be so high.At the same time, there is a cost to giving her a pass, in that it will compromise the integrity of the laws on control of classified information. How Trump squares that circle remains to be seen. Nothing is surer than that whatever he does will be wrong. So I have very little enthusiasm for holding his feet to the fire on this issue.
But if Hillary doesnt shut up about being a victim in this context . . .
