AND the CoS needs to be young and energetic, and it greatly helps to have a smooth and likable personality. Not to mention Trump has to totally trust the person 100% and have 100% faith in them, which appears to be the case here, which say A LOT about Mr. Priebus.
This is the kind of information I find useful. It certainly makes it clear why Newt wouldn't be chosen for (or want) the job; it wouldn't call on his strengths. He can be far more useful elsewhere.
