U.S. EPA employees were in tears. Worried Energy Department staffers were offered counseling. Some federal employees were so depressed, they took time off. Others might retire early.
And some employees are in downright panic mode in the aftermath of Donald Trump's victory.
"People are upset. Some people took the day off because they were depressed," said John O'Grady, president of American Federation of Government Employees Council 238, a union that represents thousands of EPA employees. After Election Day, "people were crying," added O'Grady, who works in EPA's Region 5 office in Chicago. "They were recommending that people take sick leave and go home."

Thousands? Try millions.
That would be a good start.

I was thinking hundreds of thousands, but millions is an admirable objective. :)

“”If [Trump] starts doing rotten things, then people will say, ‘Enough of this crap,’” said O’Grady. “You might see retirements from people who say, ‘Why bother working there anyway?’”
Saracco worked at EPA during the Reagan administration. “There was a big exodus” then, she said.”
Music to my ears! The cheapest thing Trump can do is pay them all to retire.

Let’s make a list of the federal agencies to be disbanded. The EPA has got to be near the top of it (aren’t they the ones that said that tiny retention ponds are protected “wetlands”, and that the tiny ridges of soil created by tilling are now “mountains”?).
I’d also get rid of the Dept. of Education and Common Core, give education back to the communities, I’d get rid of the Depts. of Transportation, HHS, most of the Dept. of Energy, the FDA and so many more.
Did anyone else catch that McDonald’s is coming out with a Nutella burger, but that the FDA has a problem with that?

We’ve got a two year window in which to shrink government back down to size, let’s start doing it on Day One.

Time for them to get real jobs in the private sector. They can't. Their degrees and training have not prepared them for any job other than destruction of America. Perhaps Canada, Liberia or Angola would take them.
To: ColdOne
Disband all useless federal agencies, blacklist their employees so they can only find food service jobs, make public sector unions illegal and of the remaining federal agencies, horsewhip any employee thereof if they even suggest new regulations that unreasonably place restrictions on any sector of the economy.
A bit extreme, I'll grant. But it'd be a lot better than all of the current unbridled, rogue agencies that are doing their level best to destroy the free market, kill jobs and increase the public assistance rolls.
