Income limits for Medicaid can be raised.

If we do away with Obamacare and its regulations that restrict competition and consumer choice, premiums should come down.

If we don’t do that, we’re headed for single payer within a decade.

Income limits for Medicaid can be raised.

Wasn't that a part of Obamacare? Medicaid expansion to allow for more people to qualify? A lot of states decided that they didn't want to participate, even with the federal government covering all the costs. So why should that change now?

If we do away with Obamacare and its regulations that restrict competition and consumer choice, premiums should come down.

What if they don't? One of the unintended consequences of Obamacare is that it's allowed insurance companies to search for the ceiling, the price at which people drop policies because the premiums are so high. I don't think they've found that yet.
