I can’t think of any modern bldg. in NYC that is inviting. I’m not talking about the Woolworth Bldg. or the Seagram Bldg., obviously - classics. But Trump Tower offers food at very inexpensive prices and is very welcoming to anyone in the neighborhood. And those bathrooms! Wonderful. As good as The Plaza Hotel when there were ladies rooms right at the 5th Avenue entrance.
Trump is an excellent businessman.
Everyone has their own tastes and like Ceasar’s Palace it’s just a little too over the top for me. But then, that’s the Trump line the best of the best of the best.
