Call me cynical, but I’ll feel a lot better after the EC votes. I wouldn’t be surprised if Clinton picked up a few more EC votes from defectors.

I feel a lot better with 306 Republican Electors than with 290. I really do hope Michigan is Trump’s, as our local talk radio was saying yesterday that they called it for Hillary.

Worries me, too. Qatar or other big donors could make offers to the Electors they can’t refuse.

Nobody's defecting in the electoral college except maybe one Democrat elector in WA who seems bound and determined not to vote for Shrillary.

People often forget that electors are not neutral. There are different slates of electors in each state for each candidate in a presidential election. So by winning, say, Michigan, the slate of electors supporting the Republicans will vote in the Electoral College.
