Dude, it’s a POLL. Pollsters do not call every likely voter in America when they take a poll of likely voters. Typically the take the opinions of about 1000-1500 people and from there extrapolate and come to a consensus for the rest of the likely voters.
I googled the crap out of this and came up with ZIP. No doubt a lot did vote illegally but......really.
