I can’t find where anyone official has declared the state for Trump. All I see on the blog are links to one individual who posted it on 11/9 and none of the major reporting sites have changed their maps.
It’s obvious that it will eventually go to Trump, but who are we waiting for to make it “official”?
No. What happened was they had a check mark by Trump as the “projected winner” based on the electoral vote, even on the screen showing the popular vote result.

When will we know the “official” EV count? Everywhere I look I still see Trump with an official count of 290. What has to happen to give him the other 16? I saw it “official” with both the Detroit Daily News days ago, and now CBSDetroit, but he still shows 290 on every site I can find.

According to Bev Harris at blackboxvoting.org, the late Clinton surge in urban areas of MI and WI was election machine tinkering. He was leading by closer to 100,000 votes in both states on election night, when I finally went to bed.

This is their not so veiled attempt to negate the value of the Electoral Vote method.

You are repeating the MSM propaganda. When you remove the estimated 650000 illegal votes from Ca, Hillary loses. When you remove the Broward county ballot stuffing, and the country wide dead vote, she loses even bigger. When you remove the rest of the country wide illegal vote, its a landslide for Trump. I have serious doubts that the Military vote was even completely counted.
