The alternative is running the risk of himself getting caught. There are many avenues to circumvent presidential pardons, including compelling persons to testify in front of GJs without the ability to invoke the 5th (ie contempt). Trump could also pick up and bundle anyone off to the Hague or other country's - say Russia - judicial systems.

Obama needs to be exposed for who and what he is. The people need to know that all those who tried to get the information out there were right all along. The MSM were complicit in treason.
