Exactly! I live near a "wetland" and am in constant fear because I improve my property to keep it from flooding. Its a manmade swampy area caused by years of farmers building up the soil adjacent to my parcel. Also the town decided they would put an open runoff covert pipe directly facing my propeŕty. Since my improvements, there have been MORE woodland birds and wildlife than ever before ( I'm a flower and veg gardener + bird feeder)
