And that is most likely $54 billion in completely untaxed earnings. So I’d say a new law is in order that tells the “envios” folks like Western Union et. al, that unless the individual can show prof of citizenship (like say a passport) that the money is “taxed” and collected by the transferring entity at a 50% rate. Right there you’d have $27 billion the first year and “Mexico” would be paying for the wall without writing us a check. Personally, make me President and I’d destroy Mexico’s economy if they didn’t not only pay for the wall, but also clean up their enforcement of the border on their side.
