For me, of course the Kaepernick thing infuriates me, but I’m getting deflated because of the big money involved in pro sports. Taxpayers having to fund billion-dollar stadiums for the rich to own and for the rich to play. The huge multi-million-dollar contracts for players paid for by the masses who make far less and are forced to pay hundreds of dollars for a ticket and $12 for a hot dog. The dollars keep getting more and more while Joe Fan works hard to make the bank payment on the old car.
And just about every stadium is named after a giant bank, an insurance or investment company, a car company, or some other consumer product conglomerate.
