The firing of employees merely for having a belief and voting it should be outlawed. That's NOT a conservative or constitutional view.
If you have a business and you want to hire Christians, the government should not be able to stop you.
Let's remember, we are conservatives!

Mr Maloney did break the law in California, and New York, where GrubHub have employees.
Currently, only California, New York, and Washington, DC have laws specifically making it illegal to discriminate on the basis of an employee's political activity or affiliation, while two more states (Colorado and North Dakota) prohibit discrimination on the basis of "lawful conduct outside of work"
I'm sure that GrubHub employee's that support Trump no longer feel comfortable working there, and at least those in California, and New York, have a pretty good case. I hope some employees avail themselves of the opportunity to leave this company with a nice severance!
