I agree, Paul. I’ve thought for a while that it wouldn’t surprise me at all if Trump had engineers, architects, folks meeting with landowners in the area to build on their land if needed, etc. working on The Wall so that sucker could go up starting January 21, 2017.
On time and under budget!
Shoot, there are already cost estimates for The Wall out there. Unless Trump was guessing (and I’d trust his guess on something like this over 20 bureaucrats working 20 months on it) then what is needed is already fairly well understood.
