Yes, it is an admission of guilt. Hellary’s arrogance may prevent her to not accept an Obama pardon.

some how to many people’s thinking, doing wrong, does not necessarily make one “guilty”. The Clinton’s are not “bad” people and everyone knows only “bad” people can be guilty. LOL
