Huma Abedin placed Hillary Clinton's concession phone call to Donald Trump

As the unexpected crystallized into reality early Wednesday, and Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump padded his lead, Trump campaign manager Kellyanne Conway's phone rang.

It was Huma Abedin, Hillary Clinton's aide, calling on behalf of her boss.

Conway handed the phone to Donald Trump, and Abedin put Clinton on the line, Conway told ABC News. Clinton, who entered the night as the expectant victor, was prepared to acknowledge defeat and congratulate her challenger.

"They had a very gracious exchange," Conway told ABC News Wednesday.

Trump should just remove penalty tax which is not a tax for those not purchasing the Obamanations health plan.

My fix is to take the word "mandate", in all of its forms (mandate, mandates, mandated, mandating) everywhere it is found in the bill. No longer a mandate, no need for a penalty if you don't buy it.
