The hospital sends the bill to Washington, who deducts $300 from the Mexican foreign aid package, remits $100 to the hospital, and uses the remaining $200 to help pay for the cost of the wall and border enforcement. Illegal Pete also sends his illegal child to public school in Tucson at a cost of $8,000 per year. The School district sends the bill to Washington, who deducts $12,000 from the Mexican foreign aid package, remits $4,000 back to the school district and applies the remaining $8,000 to the cost of the wall and border enforcement. Mexico now has a choice: It can lose millions of dollars in foreign aid per year or make a goo-faith effort stop people from crossing the border illegally.
