Bubba has a “get-out-of-jail-free” card, and that is Hillary’s Parkinson’s disease. She’s in phase 3 of 5, and the deterioration will move in a step-wise, accelerating function. She’ll be fully incapacitated in 2-3 years, and gone by 5. My over/under.
