Give McConnell credit on one thing - he held up Obama’s appt. for Scalia’s replacement for the next president to make. Thus, Trump will be nominating that Justice and sending that nomination to a Republican senate. If the senate Dems try to play games I hope McConnell is willing to suspend the filibuster rules with regard to the vote on the nominee just as Harry Reid did to ram through Obama’s judicial nominees.
Actually, I wish they would bring back the old “Mr. Smith” filibuster rules. Make the Democrats work for it.
Since they are too lazy and shiftless to make the effort, all they would do would be to whine and act hurt.
