I don't think that he,*personally*,would gain anything by doing so.In fact I think he,and the Rat Party,would be hurt by it.And now there's even talk of President Michelle My Belle in 2020 as well.So I doubt that there’d be a pardon unless The Former Twelfth Lady makes a very good case to him in favor.

Democrats have more to gain with Bill and Hillary in prison. There would be protests and lots of attention, and then they would include a pardon in their platform in 2020.

I don't think pardoning would be a good move for obama.
Hillary would be free from jeopardy for testimony, she could rightly be compelled to cooperate in a deposition without the benefit of her 5th amendment right. Such cooperation could be expanded to the actions of WLB Obama. How sweet would that be?
