The NYT website for Michigan shows Washentaw only has about 50,000 outstanding votes, 75% for Clinton. There are also many offsetting outstanding votes for Trump, too.

Yah but the site also says:

About 3,856,208 votes have been counted already. Donald J. Trump leads in that count by about 1.5 points.

We think about 893,000 votes remain to be counted. We think Hillary Clinton leads in that vote by about 2.6 points, based on what we know about those counties and the votes counted so far.

So add in what's out (being manufactured) to how much is left and it's a clinton victory by 1.1 points. I'm not trying to be a downer but dems do this every election. It's always the same. Dem counties hold off until they know how much they need to win then cook the books to win.

Both sides have a back pocket of extra votes and they are both trying to wait each other out, as to who lays out their last packet of votes first, then they manufacture the required. Who blinks first.
