Why can the rural counties report 2 hours sooner than the big counties who have all of the latest electronic voting crap?

Because the rural counties are conservative and don’t cheat. I know it was a rhetorical question but it really pisses me off. Someone on twitter says tha Detroit has already reported and Trump maintained his lead. Haven’t seen it confirmed.
