Where are the 2.5 percent of the precincts that are out in Florida?? I saw them do this with Bush, held back Broward results and then Gore took 90 percent of the votes there.

Trump is ahead in GA, 58-39 with 45% of precincts in, and they refuse to call it for Trump yet.
