In 2012, about 755,000 votes were cast for president in Broward ounty. Tonight, they have reported 685,000 votes per Politico. So, unless something really unbelievable happens, Broward county should not have enough outstanding votes to make much difference. Legitimate votes, that is. I don't think the % reporting for Broward means anything (about 48% per Politico).
And there are probably some scattered votes still out in other parts of the state.
Broward needs to know how many votes Clinton needs.
