I seem to remember a couple of 15,000 and 20,000 post threads in the past. Not sure if it was opus related, Quidam related or just pics of Catherine Zeta-Jones over and over.

We have had a few that grew amazingly fast, such as the Challenger explosion and 9/11. Not sure where they topped out in a single thread.

No. I remember threads on Clinton's impeachment and the 9/11 thread got up into 30,000s.
