Pennsylvania unfortunately DOES use electronic voting machines. In fact stories of some of them changing Trump votes to Clinton votes have already surfaced. I had to vote on an electronic machine today.
When I lived in Michigan I voted paper ballot, but that might have just been my county. Not sure about the entire state.
There were 2 states that don’t. My memory might have been right about Michigan, but obviously wrong about PA. The other state was also a toss-up state...I remember that.
